KOHEN PLATFORM / MEASUREMENT & GATEKEEPER

Measurement & Gatekeeper

A disciplined first review of business, finance and project opportunities.

KOHEN PLATFORM works across its own opportunities and third-party mandates. Each engagement is assessed individually. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, permissions and commercial terms are agreed in writing before work proceeds.

OUR APPROACH

Evidence before commitment.

Identity & authority

Confirm the legal entity, beneficial ownership, decision-maker authority, mandate and counterparty identity.

Commercial evidence

Review contracts, customers, suppliers, purchase orders, offtake, revenue history, market assumptions and delivery capacity.

Financial evidence

Assess accounts, cash flow, debt, capital requirement, use of funds, repayment source, security and financial forecasts.

Project readiness

Check site or asset rights, permits, feasibility, engineering, grid or logistics access, schedule and development risks.

Decision & next steps

Classify the opportunity as not ready, information required, suitable for further review or ready for a qualified institutional discussion. A Gatekeeper review is not a credit approval, audit, valuation or investment recommendation.

How an engagement progresses

  1. Initial information and authority check.
  2. Commercial, financial, legal and operational review appropriate to the mandate.
  3. Written scope, responsibilities, fees and decision gates.
  4. Where suitable, introductions or coordination with appropriately authorised institutions and professional advisers.
Important: KOHEN PLATFORM is not a bank, lender, insurer, fund manager or exchange. Regulated financial services, investment decisions, credit approvals, custody and insurance placement are undertaken only by appropriately authorised institutions and professionals. No financing, listing, investment return or transaction outcome is guaranteed.
